The first few months of postpartum can be a vulnerable and challenging time for many mothers and their families. This 1-hour virtual class will help prepare you and your partner with everything you need to know for a healthy and restorative postpartum experience.

We will talk about everything from immediate postpartum recovery, nutrition & practical tips, an intro to breastfeeding, as well as how to navigate new relationship dynamics, a guide to encourage extended family and friends support you in the way you need it, and we will discuss how hormones and emotions can affect your postpartum journey.
