Fear-Free Birth Class (In-person, group)

Hi! If you are nervous about giving birth, don't worry. You aren't alone. Television, movies, social media, and hearing stories about other people's birth experiences can easily leave you feeling overwhelmed and scared about giving birth! 

The good news is that birth doesn't have to be scary. You can have an amazing hospital birth experience where you are in confident and  in-control, your choices are respected, and you feel supported and at peace throughout the process, no matter what happens during your labor. How do I know? Because I have had three beautiful, unmedicated hospital births- one of which was completely uninterrupted, and I even caught my own baby just as I had requested.
