Fear-Free Birth Class
Our Fear-Free Birth Class is designed to provide expectant parents with the knowledge, tools, and support they need to approach childbirth with confidence and empowerment. The class focuses on helping participants understand the birthing process, learn relaxation techniques, and develop coping strategies for managing pain and anxiety during labor.

Workbook with birth planning template
Education on the stages of labor and what to expect during each phase
Exploration of different birthing positions and comfort measures
