About the event
We will meet for two, 2-hr sessions via Zoom. Class dates are:
Session 1: August 26th @ 7-9pm
Session 2: September 2nd @7-9pm
When you register, your class will start on the date listed, and your second session will be held the following week at the same time. Your partner is welcome to join us! Please get comfortable and keep your screen on if possible as this is an interactive class. Please feel free to move, stand, stretch, or do whatever you need to to be comfortable!
