Breastfeeding is meant to be comfortable, effective, and deeply bonding—yet painful complications are the # 1 reason women stop breastfeeding earlier than they planned. Beautiful Breastfeeding is a live, virtual two-week class based on the Thompson Method® of Breastfeeding, a globally recognized, evidence-based approach that focuses on optimal positioning and deep latch to reduce pain, protect milk supply, and preserve the breastfeeding relationship from the very first feed.
This program includes the full Thompson Method® Breastfeeding education, taught by Virginia's first Certified Thompson Method Educator, Ayla Hartless , in a supportive, parent-centered way. Rather than reacting to problems after they occur, the Thompson Method® helps parents prevent painful complications before they start, building confidence and comfort from day one.
