Welcome to postpartum—the tender, sacred season after birth that deserves just as much care and intention as pregnancy and labor. This class is here to help you slow down, breathe, and feel prepared for what comes after the baby arrives. Postpartum is a time of physical healing, emotional adjustment, and deep transition for your whole family, and in a culture that often rushes recovery and expects parents to “bounce back,” we want to offer a different message: rest is necessary, support is vital, and you were never meant to do this alone.

Inside this 3-hour, self-paced course, you’ll find practical, evidence-based guidance on postpartum physical recovery, emotional and mental health, rest and rhythms, nourishment and meal planning, feeding your baby, caring for your newborn, and supporting older children during this transition. You’ll also be guided through intentional postpartum planning, including how to accept help, create a realistic support system, and prepare your home and heart for the early weeks after birth.

In addition to the course modules, you will also recieve digital downloads to help you and your partner take the knowledge gained from the course and use it to prepare for your unique postpartum & newborn care journey.

Just a few of the materials included are:

  • Postpartum Prep Workbook
    • postpartum checklist
    • workout guide
    • meal prep guide
    • mental health check-in chart
  • Breastfeeding Guide
  • Newborn Care Workbook
    • newborn care journal
    • soothing techniques guide
    • bringing home baby checklist

and more!

Our goal is for you to leave this class feeling prepared, supported, and confident—knowing what’s normal, when to ask for help, and how to protect your rest and well-being as you step into this new season.
